Alongside your acupuncture treatments, I provide a tailored static and/or dynamic assessment to evaluate your posture and pinpoint any imbalances. I then prescribe corrective exercise recommendations. These exercises are designed to reinforce the benefits of each session, helping to retrain your body and prevent that pesky pain from making a comeback. It’s like giving your body a permanent game plan for feeling great, day in and day out.
Through years of studying movement patterns as both a Personal Trainer and Acupuncturist, I’ve learned that healing works best when we combine different approaches.
